I was first drawn to yoga in 2008 for the physical benefits of toning, lengthening, and strengthening my body. It took just one class for me to completely fall in love with the practice and realize that yoga was so much more than a work out. The mental and spiritual benefits have been just as important and influential in my life.

Yoga has allowed me to manage stress, find balance, and overcome obstacles with acceptance and positivity. In order to deepen my practice and share the joys that yoga has brought me with others, I completed a 230-hour teacher training program in 2015. I hope that my classes will leave you with energy in your body, peace in your mind, compassion in your heart, and a smile on your face.

When I am not in my Yoga clothes, you can find me spending time with my husband and our 5 kids at our favorite spot on earth, our cabin on Bay lake. Practicing Yoga on my Stand up Paddle board while on the lake is something that feeds my soul. I also enjoy long bike rides, hikes and photography. I consider myself lucky to love my other job as an Interior Designer. Q and

What pushes me to continue? The way my I feel both physically and mentally after yoga is something that absolutely cannot be found anywhere else, but on my mat. My favorite indulgence: A really good dessert!
